This firm is proud of its achievement of being the only criminal law specialist accredited by the Law Society of NSW on the South Coast of NSW.

We have extensive experience in the criminal courts including the Local Court, the Children’s Court, the District Court, the Supreme Court, and the Court of Criminal Appeal.  We also appear in a number of tribunals including the Mental Health Tribunal and the NCAT.

Our firm is the only firm in Eden to accept clients who require a grant of legal aid to pay the relevant legal fees.  The firm is a panel member with Legal Aid NSW, this panel membership permits this office to work in the following areas of law for legally aided client:

1. Serious crime; adults and children;
2. Indictable and summary criminal law matters;
3. Care matters, acting for either the parent/s or the child/ren;
4. Mental health tribunal matters;
5. Matters involving a protected confider;
6. The Cross Examination Scheme facilitated by Legal Aid;
